Jennifer specialises in non-contentious construction. Jennifer's particular expertise covers non-contentious aspects of construction, engineering and project work. She has acted for developers, employers and contractors on major infrastructure, construction and engineering projects and more recently on PFI projects. Jennifer has extensive experience in advising, drafting and negotiating project agreements, standard and bespoke forms of construction and engineering contracts, collateral warranties, professional appointments and related security documentation
