Neil specialises in handling corporate and commercial transactions. His experience includes negotiating numerous company/asset acquisitions and disposals, both large and small, in the UK and internationally. Neil also advises on creating joint venture arrangements, corporate governance matters and corporate reorganisations. Neil's previous experience includes working as an in-house legal adviser to Bunzl plc, a worldwide distribution business, where he advised the senior management on all legal aspects of the day to day business and prepared contracts to govern Bunzl's key customer and supplier relationships. Before that, Neil was a corporate associate at Allen & Overy.
