Owen specialises in ecclesiastical, property, employment and charity law. He acts for a wide range of institutional clients including Dioceses housing associations, charities, further and higher education colleges, schools and other educational bodies.
Owen is the Registrar of the Rochester Dioceses and legal advisor to the Bishop of Rochester, Solicitor to St. Paul’s Cathedral, Solicitor to the London Diocesan Board for Schools and Solicitor to Southwark Diocesan Board of Education.
