Practice Areas The Church and Property Paul is an ecclesiastical and property lawyer with more than two decades of experience. He has acted in a number of high profile cases concerning clergy discipline and the employment status of the clergy. He also specialises in complex commercial and development transactions involving Church land.
Paul is Registrar of the London and Southwark Dioceses and legal adviser to the Bishops and Boards of Finance of those Dioceses. He is a Governor of one of the country's leading choir schools and is honorary solicitor to a charitable hospital. He is also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Weavers and of the Worshipful Company of Wheelwrights.
