Richard advises a variety of developers and other public and private bodies on company and commercial matters, including the structure of asset holding special purpose vehicles, the creation of joint venture companies, acquisition and disposals of companies and/or assets and advice on supporting contractual documentation and arrangements. He also advises a variety of non-departmental public bodies and other clients on commercial issues (both contentious and non contentious) which have to be considered in the context of the organisation’s constitution and statutory powers and obligations.
