Sara specialises in urban redevelopment projects for developers and local authorities, especially advising in relation to compulsory purchase and infrastructure schemes. Sara’s work includes: contentious and non-contentious planning, negotiating section 106 agreements and infrastructure agreements, compulsory purchase, listed building matters, highways, telecommunications.
Sara is a member of the City of London Law Society’s Planning and Environmental Law Committee.
