More recent deals include establishing the Rail Safety and Standards Board, a private company born out of Lord Cullen's inquiry into Ladbroke Grove; advising on joint venture arrangements for the development of land adjacent to the new Arsenal Football Stadium; advising a developer on a joint venture arrangement for the redevelopment of Watford Junction railway station; and advising a consortium member on John Prescott’s much-publicised proposal to produce 15,000 key worker homes in London through arrangements with house builders.
From this excellent base we have built a busy commercial law practice while still maintaining our core values. These include basing ourselves outside the City and being good people to work with by balancing professional commitment with breadth of vision.
All this means that our clients enjoy a more responsive, efficient service than they would normally receive from a big City firm. In particular, clients know that we tailor the team specifically to the nature and size of the transaction.
If your experience of dealing with commercial lawyers differs from this, maybe you should think about talking to us.
