Our dedicated private client lawyers work as an experienced and efficient team, and since most have around twenty years’ experience of private client work, we are able to tackle the most challenging or highly charged matters quickly, efficiently and without fuss. This has undoubted benefits for clients caught up in life-changing situations, or facing any of the many difficult decisions which life confronts us with.
Further efficiency derives from an investment in IT systems which we believe significantly out perform those of our competitors. Our extensive and constantly updated client database saves us time but, much more importantly, it saves our clients the trouble of telling us the same things twice, and speeds our response to their instructions.
We believe in getting to know our private clients as well as we possibly can; for us, this is just as important as understanding the legal issues that clients face. Personal chemistry and trust are vital in any private client-lawyer relationship, and we firmly believe that only by knowing our clients well as individuals can we propose solutions which will be both effective and acceptable to all concerned.
So while we invest in training, IT and across-the-board professional development, our most important investment is the time we spend getting to know our clients.
